It's about a guy who gets him arm stuck in between two boulders while he's hiking out on the wilderness, he's trapped there for a couple of days and he eventually has to cut off his own arm to survive.
For two panels, this joke is pretty priceless. I am going to share it because I know people will not find the humor in it and possibly get really salty.
